Looking for a little assistance this spring on the golf course?
A new golf caddie app might be something you want to pack in your golf bag.
The Xonic Golf iTQ golf app, created by Western University alumna Eileen Jurczak,
uses artificial intelligence to provide golfers with rapid advice to adjust their swing while they are out playing.
"I was out there a few years ago playing a fairly decent round of golf and in the middle of nowhere,
I started slicing the ball," recalled Jurczak, a lifelong golfer with a 10 handicap.
"I made every attempt to repair the slice at that time and throughout the following few holes.
If only I had a caddy with me at that time who could say, "I know your swing," I can still clearly recall thinking.
