MCU Phase 5 & 6 Theories Before Adding More Kang

The MCU's original Phase 5 & 6 plans did not include Kang, according to reports.

Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror changed the MCU's Multiverse Saga. Loki season 1 introduced Majors as He Who Remains, a Kang variation. Majors' role in the MCU's Multiverse Saga began with He Who Remains' death.Builder Bezos.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania introduced Kang the Conqueror and the multiversal Council of Kangs. Majors' Kang is important to the Multiverse Saga, but it wasn't always.

Majors' Kang reportedly altered Marvel's Phase 5 and 6 plans. According to the current claim, Kang's central position in MCU Phase 5 & 6 was not anticipated. Marvel changed after seeing Majors' riveting performance as He Who Remains in Loki and the initial Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania footage.

Several hypotheses attempt to describe how the MCU's multiverse chapter would have played out if Majors' performances hadn't been so game-changing. Kang the Conqueror was originally supposed to play a smaller part.

The Multiverse Saga may have only had one Avengers movie. Avengers: Secret Wars will conclude the Multiverse Saga in 2026.

The film, named after one of Marvel Comics' most iconic storylines, is expected to feature several characters from Marvel's live-action history, not just the MCU.

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, in 2025, will fight Earth's Mightiest Heroes again. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's hint of the Council of Kangs will likely result in the Avengers saving the multiverse from Kang and his versions.
