Cher's sad interview reveals Tina Turner's final days.

Cher opened up about Tina Turner's final days when she passed away at age 83.

The singer of Believe spoke about the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll's illness and her final visit to her house during an appearance on MSNBC's The Beat With Ari Melber.

When Cher was asked about her late friend, she recalled, "I started going to visit her because

I thought, 'I need to put this time into our friendship, so she knows we haven't forgotten her.'"

She continued, referring to Tina, who had dialysis due to kidney failure, that "so we all took turns going and spending time with her and it made her happy."

"She battled this illness for such a long time, and she was as resilient as you would expect, but I know that near the end,

she told me once, 'I'm truly ready. The singer-actor recalled, "I just don't want to put up with this any longer.

As she recalled the first time she visited the late singer at her new home in Switzerland, Cher remarked that Tina "was really happy" in her final days despite her sickness.
