Barbie will beat 'Oppenheimer' in the opening weekend box office war.

The movies "Oppenheimer" and "Barbie" will both be seen in theatres on 21 July.

The movie based on the Mattel doll is anticipated to gross up to $80 million in its first three days, according to Warner.

That is roughly twice as much money at the box office as was anticipated for Christopher Nolan's epic during that time.

Since they are both scheduled for release on the same day, "Barbie" and "Oppenheimer"

Have been engaged in a box office war for over a year. Both films are directed by Oscar nominees.

The conflict between Greta Gerwig's interpretation of the Mattel doll and Christopher Nolan's epic

will reach a boiling point on July 21 in what is being nicknamed "Barbenheimer."

The similarities between the movies might end with their respective release dates. After all, one movie is about a plastic doll and her man.

Marta is back for the Women's World Cup from Brazil.
